Premium and your devices
I paid, but the app shows Basic or Trial
Do not buy again or start another trial. In My account, use the same sign-in that owns your purchase and choose Check purchase. Then open Settings → Premium → Refresh licence in the app. If the app is connected to another account, use its account-switch action and approve the correct device.
If it still shows the wrong plan, contact support with your account reference and receipt or order reference. Never send card details. On Fire TV, both the current Amazon Appstore edition and TellyForge Direct support existing website Premium. For Amazon Appstore, update through the Store, then choose Settings → Premium → Sign in to existing access and approve the matching TV code. Keep your existing app and saved data. Apple Store editions remain Basic-only; use a supported Direct edition for Premium.
How do I replace a device or free a slot?
One purchase covers five connected installations in total. In My account → Devices, remove an unused installation, then connect and approve the new one in Settings → Premium. A reinstall may need a new connection. Removing a device does not delete its local library or Google Drive files.
Removal stops future licence renewal. A disconnected paid device may retain its saved licence for up to 30 days. This is a device allowance, not a limit on simultaneous streams; your provider sets its own stream limits.
Will I have to sign in every time?
No. A connected app keeps its protected licence and renews online automatically. Website sessions expire separately. Paid Premium can work offline for up to 30 days; if that period ends, reconnect and refresh the licence. Basic and local data remain available. Streaming still needs a working source connection.
What happens when my trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days from the day you explicitly start it. No card, automatic charge or subscription. Basic playback, favourites and saved progress remain. Reinstalling or changing platform does not restart the trial.
A payment was interrupted or I need a refund
Sign in to the same account and choose Check purchase before attempting another payment. Keep your receipt. If payment is confirmed but access is still missing, contact support.
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by email, quoting your account or order reference. Read the purchase terms. Your statutory rights are unchanged; deleting the account does not issue a refund.
How do I delete my account?
Open My account → Account → Delete your TellyForge account. Fresh sign-in verification is required. Deletion removes registered devices and access through that account, including purchased Premium, but does not remove local app data, Google Drive files or your identity-provider account. Contact support first if a purchase needs attention. Legally required payment records are retained as described in our privacy notice.
Google Drive sync
Follow the setup and sync guide. Connect Premium first, then authorize your own Google account and own Drive space. The licence and Drive emails may differ. Connecting Premium does not connect Drive; Drive authorization does not grant a licence.
If progress is missing, use Sync now on the device with the latest changes, then the receiving device. Both must use the same Drive account. Turning off sync does not delete Drive files; see disconnecting and deletion. Keep your library, backups and recovery code while troubleshooting.
Playback or installation
Check your internet connection and source availability. TellyForge supplies no channels or subscriptions. Provider outages and access errors need your authorised provider; recovery cannot make an unavailable source work.
Get updates from your installation's official Store or direct download route. Preserve your sources and backups; do not uninstall as the first troubleshooting step.
What to include when contacting us
Your device, operating system, app version, what happened and the exact error. Add a screenshot with private details removed if useful.
Never send provider passwords, authenticated stream or playlist URLs, sign-in codes, tokens or recovery codes. There is no guaranteed response time.
