Your TellyForge account owns Premium, the shared five-installation allowance and browser device approval. Google Drive Secure Sync separately uses your own Google account and your own Drive space; the licence and Drive emails may differ. Premium connection does not connect Drive, and Drive authorization does not grant a licence. Existing Google beta users should use the same licence sign-in identity that owns Premium. Adding email sign-in requires proof of both licence sign-in identities; matching email addresses never automatically merge accounts.

How to connect a device
Open Settings → Premium. Choose Connect Premium or Sign in to existing access, as shown by your edition. Google Play and Amazon Appstore use a separate page for connecting existing access.

Check the code and device match your app, then approve. Desktop and Direct editions can also enter their code under Devices here.
Return to the app. It checks the connection automatically; use Check connection or Refresh licence if needed. No second purchase or trial is required.
Apple Store editions are Basic-only and do not connect Premium or Secure Sync. Amazon Appstore supports existing website Premium on compatible Fire TV devices, with no in-app purchases or trial activation. See available editions. Start an optional trial on the website; signing in does not start one.
Google Drive Secure Sync is set up separately under Settings → Backup & sync, using your own Google account and own Drive space. The licence and Drive emails may differ; activating a licence does not connect Drive. Drive authorization does not grant Premium.
Using an older app?
Look under Settings → Support & info → About TellyForge → Activate licence, or Settings → Backup & sync → Premium account · beta. Older apps may call Check connection “Check activation”.
Basic stays free without an account. Your account shows your Premium access and any available offers. Trials have no automatic payment or renewal.

This single-use code belongs to your signed-in account. It gives permanent Premium for US$0.00. It does not start a paid subscription.
This offer is available only if you live and are billed in the UK or US. Use the same country in Stripe Checkout. We verify the billing address before capture; an unsupported or different country cancels the payment authorization.
Full refund on request within 30 days. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Paid offline licences normally renew online at least every 30 days.

Connecting this account does not upload your playlists or viewing history.

Connect Premium on Windows
Open the Windows app. Basic is free without an account.
Select Settings → Premium → Connect Premium. Your browser opens with the connection code filled in.
Use the same sign-in for the TellyForge account that owns your Premium licence, check the PC and code, then choose Approve this PC. Purchased appears automatically in the app; no trial or second purchase is needed.
The free Windows app is available from the Microsoft Store. Your account checks current purchase availability before checkout. Existing Premium can be connected here without buying again.

Connect a device
Enter the code shown in your own TellyForge app. Only approve a connection you started.
A removed device cannot renew its licence. Its saved offline licence may remain valid for up to 30 days for a supported paid licence, or up to seven days for an older licence or trial.

Your sign-in
Your identity provider handles sign-in and recovery. We do not store your password in the licensing database.
Keep this reference if you contact support@tellyforge.com. Never send a password, connection secret or playlist.
Email sign-in for your existing account
Add email sign-in to this Premium account. Your trial dates, purchases and connected devices stay together. Your existing Google sign-in keeps working.
Choose an email sign-in that is not already connected to another TellyForge account. Adding email requires proof of both licence sign-in identities. Matching email addresses never automatically merge accounts. This does not change or authorize Google Drive.
Delete your TellyForge account
This removes your registered devices and access through this account, including purchased Premium. Contact support before deleting if you need help with a purchase. It does not refund a payment or delete your local playlists, identity-provider account or Google Drive data. Existing paid offline licences can remain valid for up to 30 days; older licences and trials remain bounded to seven days.
We request closure of this account's checkout pages. A payment can still complete before the payment provider closes a page. If you are charged after deletion, contact support@tellyforge.com with your payment receipt.
A minimal deletion record is retained for 30 days to prevent old connections and restored records reviving the account. Recovery exports expire within seven days. Payment records required for reconciliation and accounting are retained separately. One-time Premium has no subscription to cancel.
For your protection, deletion requires sign-in verification within the last five minutes. We will ask you to verify again if needed.
