offer
US$10.00 base price once including applicable tax, for permanent cross-platform Premium ownership and five replaceable installations total across supported platforms. This is not a subscription. Stripe Managed Payments, through Sold through Link, LLC, handles payment and applicable indirect tax in the supported purchase countries. Checkout may offer a local-currency amount using its displayed exchange rate and conversion pricing; review the actual currency and final total before paying. Basic remains free without an account. Platform availability is shown on the downloads page. Paid installations normally renew their signed offline licence at least every 30 days. Third-party content and subscriptions are not included.

activation
You request immediate Premium activation after confirmed payment. Payment is charged when you complete Stripe Checkout; TellyForge activates access after independently verifying payment. This does not waive your statutory cancellation rights. No payment is taken automatically after a trial.

refund
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase at support@tellyforge.com, quoting your account or order reference. Never send card details. Your statutory rights, including applicable cancellation rights and remedies after 30 days, are unchanged. A full refund stops future paid licence renewal; an already issued offline licence may remain valid until its bounded expiry. Link may also handle payment-related support and issue eligible refunds under its terms, including certain refunds within 60 days. Product support remains available at support@tellyforge.com.

retirement
For planned licensing-service retirement we will stop new sales, give at least 90 days notice on the website and account page, and continue renewal and device recovery until a qualified successor preserves purchased access, the five-installation allowance and saved local data. This does not promise new features, indefinite updates or third-party availability. Basic and saved local data remain available.

retention
Necessary financial, order and refund evidence is retained for six years after the relevant company financial year ends, or longer for a documented legal or dispute hold. Ongoing entitlement proof is retained separately while needed to honour permanent ownership. Closed support cases are reviewed after 12 months. Account deletion does not erase legally required financial evidence; minimal deletion records last 30 days and private recovery exports up to seven days.

statutoryRights
Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or rights granted by third-party open-source licences. Changes do not retrospectively remove acquired rights.

These terms cover only new website orders explicitly accepted under this version. Older orders retain their original terms.
