TellyForge End User Licence Agreement Version 1.1 - 20 October 2026 1. Who provides TellyForge Stonepath Digital Ltd provides the official TellyForge application and account service. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 17478686, at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: support@tellyforge.com. First-party copyright remains with Mike Flynn (MikeeeGit); Stonepath Digital Ltd is an authorised distributor and licensor. 2. Permission to use the application You may install and use an official copy of TellyForge on devices you own or control for lawful viewing, subject to the applicable store's device and licence rules. This is a non-exclusive licence, not a transfer of ownership. It includes updates we provide for that copy. You may keep reasonable backup copies where your store permits them. Except for the permissions below, applicable law or a separate permission, you may not redistribute or sell our application, access private source code, remove ownership notices or misrepresent a modified copy as an official app. You may not bypass Premium entitlement checks or interfere with the account service. This does not restrict security research permitted by law. 3. Your media and accounts TellyForge is a player. We supply no television channels, playlists, media subscriptions or rights to content. Use only sources you are entitled to use and comply with applicable law and your provider's terms. We do not authorise copyright infringement or bypassing a provider's access controls. Basic playback does not require a TellyForge account on any supported platform. TellyForge account sign-in is separate from optional Google Drive consent. Our privacy notice explains data handling: https://www.tellyforge.com/privacy.html 4. Basic, Premium and trials The account service offers an optional 30-day Premium trial without payment details or automatic renewal, plus time-limited tester access. The trial starts only when you choose to start it. Your account shows its expiry and device allowance. Reinstallation does not restart an existing trial. No paid subscription is created by this agreement. Optional website Premium is a one-time purchase under the price and purchase terms shown before checkout: https://www.tellyforge.com/terms.html#premium-purchase Trial or tester expiry does not delete local sources or viewing data; Basic playback remains available. Premium availability depends on the qualified platform and app version; an account does not grant television content or third-party AI subscriptions. An offline Premium licence can last up to 30 days for a supported paid v4 licence. Older licences, trials and tester grants remain bounded to seven days and their entitlement expiry. Removing a device stops future renewals; it cannot immediately revoke an already issued offline licence. Account deletion and data controls are available through https://www.tellyforge.com/account.html and support. 5. Open-source and third-party rights Third-party components remain under their own licences. The accompanying notices identify them and the matching source and rebuilding information. Those licences take priority over any inconsistent restriction here. In particular, where TellyForge uses an LGPL-covered library, you may modify the combined work for your own use and reverse engineer it to debug those modifications. You may replace or relink covered libraries as their licences permit. We impose no contractual restriction on exercising those rights. This does not require us to support a modified build or grant access to our signing keys. Rights validly granted for earlier GPL releases remain intact. 6. Updates, availability and support Use an authorised store or our published instructions for updates. Preview versions are identified as such and may contain faults. We cannot promise compatibility with every source or uninterrupted third-party services. Keep your own provider details and independent backups. We cannot recover an encrypted sync home if all approved devices and its recovery code are lost. Contact support if the app or service fails. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it, including for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. 7. Ending access and changes You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend account-service access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud or a security incident. Where practicable we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve it. Contact support to challenge an error. Suspension does not remove your statutory rights or third-party software permissions. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively after notice. They do not retrospectively remove rights already granted. Mandatory store terms apply to copies obtained there. If a term conflicts with mandatory consumer protection in your country, that protection prevails. English law otherwise applies; consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
